Paulo Avelino admits dating KC Concepcion

MANILA, Philippines – Actor Paulo Avelino revealed he is currently dating KC Concepcion.

This is days after the Kapamilya star admitted that he and Kapuso actress LJ Reyes are no longer together.

Paulo made the admission on ABS-CBN’s showbiz talk show “Buzz ng Bayan” on Sunday, November 3.

The 25-year-old actor said he’s known KC since 2011, when they did an episode of the drama anthology series “Maalaala Mo Kaya” together.

“Yes, we are dating. I just want to keep things private,” he said.

Paulo has a three-year-old son with LJ, Ethan Akio.

KC, on the other one, was recently in the news for going out with NBA star Chandler Parsons last month when his team, the Houston Rockets, was in the country. However, the 28-year-old brushed off speculations that there’s something romantic going on between her and the basketball player.

The “Honesto” actor said he wants to “protect the privacy” of his son.

“I want him to have a simple life, a normal life,” he said.

In a previous interview with Philstar.com, Paulo said he makes sure to spend time with Ethan.

“Sinisiguro ko na meron akong oras para sa bata. Kapag wala akong ginagawa, I try as much as possible to spend it with him,” he said.
