A loving ‘lip service’ for Michela

MANILA, Philippines - James Yap lovingly kissed his girlfriend Michela Cazzola at the stroke of midnight when she turned 31 on Sunday, Oct. 27. An impromptu party was held at the Mototechnik store inaugurated just the day before, which James co-owns with friends Jeffrey Yap and Renato Alfante Jr.

Incidentally, reader Antonio Estagle, reacting to Funfare’s suggestion that James and Michela should marry on the hardcourt (which should be a “first”), reminded me that it was done before by Pocholo Villanueva, a former PBA player and now assistant coach of Air 21, and his lovely wife. 

James and Michela are spending Christmas here because James is busy with the games and Michela’s father is visiting.
