Manny, Jinkee Pacquiao to have 5th child
MANILA, Philippines - Jinkee Pacquiao revealed Tuesday that she is in the family way with their fifth child.
"We're very thankful that God gave us a new addition to our family," Jinkee said in an ABS-CBN interview aired Tuesday night.
She said the baby was not expected, but the couple welcomes the pregnancy as a blessing.
"Minsan kasi, tayo, sasabihin, 'Ay, ayoko na kasi apat na.' Pero if God wants to have more, why not? Tatanggapin natin," Jinkee, who was elected Saranggani vice governor last May, said.
"Yung iba nga, nagpe-pray pa (to have a child), ang dami nilang ginagawa para magka-anak, pero ito, parang ibibigay lang sa'yo. I'm thankful," she added.
The Pacquiao couple has four kids namely Jimuel, Michael, Princess and Queenie.
Jinkee said she hopes for another boy in the family.
"Boy, para ... tatlo na silang basketball player!" she said during her daughter Princess' birthday party held at an orphanage.
She said holding the party at an orphanage to as a way of thanking God for the blessings of a strong marriage amid controversies, among others.
"Ayoko na ng mga bonggang party ... Kasi 'yung utos n'ya sa'tin: Help the needy, shelter the homeless, feed the hungry. We should look out not for our own interest, but for the good of others," Jinkee said.
