Meryll plays ‘elevator girl’ in MMK

MANILA, Philippines - Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) will share on  Sept. 28 the inspiring life story of elevator attendant-turned-YouTube sensation, Cherry Alejandrino, who is better known now as “Elevator Girl.” Meryll Soriano (photo) will play Cherry in the episode, which is directed by Don Cuaresma. What is the story behind Cherry’s cheerful attitude, hard work and dedication? Also in the cast are Eric Fructuoso, Boboy Gorovillo, Susan Africa, Dang Cruz, Jennifer Lee, Perla Bautista, and Marikit Morales. The episode was written by Mark Duane Angos and researched by Agatha Lee Ruadap.  MMK airs Saturdays after Wansapanataym on ABS-CBN.
