MANILA, Philippines - The Philippines is more popularly known as the entertainment capital of the Far East. Another proof is the coming of a popular pop rock group Matchbox Twenty on Nov. 8 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
Matchbox Twenty Live in Manila! is another first in the Philippine entertainment history as presented by MMI. Band members Rob Thomas, Paul Doucette, Kyle Cook and Brian Yale (photo) are known for their chart-topping hits such as Beat, Unwell and If You’re Gone. Part of their tour repertoire are songs Put Your Hands Up and She’s So Mean from North Album.
