Raymart: Claudine has capacity to make up stories

MANILA, Philippines - Amid Claudine Barretto’s temporary protection order request against him, Raymart Santiago said he is not capable of hurting his family.

In a statament sent to GMA News TV’s afternoon news program “Balitanghali,” the Kapuso actor said he strongly denies Claudine’s accusations and that he will address the issue in court in due time.

Raymart added that they can prove his estranged wife has the capacity to invent stories.

Again, I strong deny her accusations.

On Monday, Claudine filed a Temporary Order against Raymart, citing the Republic Act 9262 or the Violence Against Women and Children Act.

In a television interview, Claudine’s lawyer Ferdinand Topacio claimed the actress was “physical, verbal, psychological, and even economical” abused.
