Voice of the Philippines special primer tonight

MANILA, Philippines - Before hearing the voices of the country’s best singers in ABS-CBN’s highly-anticipated singing-reality show The Voice of the Philippines, get to hear the voices of its hosts and coaches first and get upclose and personal with them tonight at 8:15 in Mic Test: The Voice of the Philippines Primer.

For the very first time, The Voice of the Philippines coaches apl.de.ap, Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo Mañalac and Lea Salonga; host Toni Gonzaga; and V Reporters Robi Domingo and Alex Gonzaga open up their personal and professional lives in one exclusive tell-all that features their humble beginnings, struggles as aspiring artists and road to becoming the local or international superstars they are now. They also share never-before-scene photos and footage of various milestones in their lives.

Also, get a sneak peek on what goes on during the Blind Auditions, a unique component of the worldwide hit TV format that captured the attention of international viewers, and get to hear straight from the coaches what kinds of artists they are looking for to be part of their respective teams.

Meanwhile, The Voice UK coach and The Script lead vocalist Danny O’Donaghue also shares some coaching tips and talks about his experience of coaching some of the best voices in the United Kingdom.

The Voice of the Philippines premieres on June 15.
