Open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the formal dining room offers a special a la carte menu until May 12 featuring healthy yet mouthwatering starters and salads such as Canadian Maple Glaze US Baby Back Ribs (photo), Grilled Calamari with Goat Cheese Herb Croutons and Crisp Bacon with a sweet, tangy Citrus Vinaigrette (P250), Jamon Serrano and Fried House-made Spicy Cheeseball (P350), Baked Oysters on the half shell, Spinach sauté, Mushrooms duxelle, Truffle infusion (P275), among other savory appetizers. Guests will have a choice between specially marked down Shaw Vineyard Estate Wines at P100 for Shaw Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon and Sauvignon Blanc and P150 for Shaw Winemakers Selection Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz come Mother’s Day.

Every group of six with a mom present will get a complimentary set meal (choice of soup or salad starter, entrée and dessert) especially for mom.
