Banana Split reenacts Barretto family feud

MANILA, Philippines - While the controversial feud involving the Barretto family has been capturing the headlines, the witty gang of ABS-CBN’s Banana Split Extra Scoop gave its take on topic in the show’s segment Hot Issue. The cast reenacted the conflict involving mother Inday Barretto and her daughter Gia, both defenders of former Kapamilya star Claudine, on one side, and Inday’s son Joaquin defending The Buzz host Gretchen on the other side.

In the said episode, Pooh, Melai Cantiveros and Badjie Mortiz parodied Inday, Gia and Joaquin delivering their respective press statements.
