MANILA, Philippines - The world tour of Taiwan’s “Prince of Love Ballads†Jeff Chang (photo) makes a one-night stop at Resorts World Manila’s Newport Performing Arts Theater on May 18, 8 p.m.
Still part of this season’s Epic Summer Festival, the Jeff Chang World Tour, which started in Beijing in December of last year, makes its Manila stop at the integrated resort to bring the versatile Mandapop star in a two-hour exclusive show.
Famous for his string of successful albums including Forgiving, Ai Ru chao Shui, Guo Huo, Don’t Tell Him and Tai Xiang Ai Ni, among others, Chang has made a name for himself across Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and in mainland China. Chang has also dabbled as an actor, starring in films like Ming Ming, Stand In Love and A Pinwheel Without Wind, aside from spanning a 22-year career in music.
Various summer events and promos are happening at Resorts World, including the Food Festival at the Plaza this May, and the Musikat and Independence Day concerts in June.
