Forever nears end

MANILA, Philippines - After capturing the hearts of afternoon viewers, Heart Evangelista and Geoff Eigenmann’s comeback team-up via the GMA 7’s drama series Forever will air its final episode on Friday, April 19.

In the series, directed by Ricky Davao,  the entire cast led by Gloria Romero, Heart and Geoff together with Candy Pangilinan, Isabel Oli, Saab Magalona, Gian Magdangal, Rox Montealegre, Dex Quindoza, Roldan Aquino, Carme Sanchez, Marc Abaya and Ronnie Henares delivered credible portrayals of their respective roles that hooked viewers from the start.

During our set visit to the Urology Center in Kalayaan Ave., Quezon City, Heart said, “It’s sad that we are about to end, ma-mi-miss ko ang mga staff, kasi close na kaming lahat. Sad, pero gusto ko na ring magpahinga ng konti. Actually, hindi naman sa Forever, siguro sa lahat, napagod ako talaga.”

Asked if she learned any lessons from her current problem with her parents: “I guess, I’ve already accepted na that even the man I will marry, no one will be good enough because my parents just love me so much. Nangangapa pa ako sa mga nangyari, minsan, shocked pa rin ako.”

Forever starring Geoff as Ramon/Patrick, Heart (Isadora/Adora), Gloria Romero (Adora), begins with the story of forbidden romance that leads to Ramon’s death who vows to return to be with his one true love Adora. Eventually, they reunited at the present time.

Forever is created by GMA Entertainment TV Group, supervised by Lilybeth Rasonable, Jun Lana as creative director and concept creator. The theme song, Together Forever, is interpreted by Janno Gibbs.
