Former Veep Tito Guingona keeps in shape

MANILA, Philippines -Guess who we bumped into yesterday at the tennis court of the Quezon City Sports Club where our friend Dr. Wilson Lim took Raoul Tidalgo and me on a quick tour — yes, former Vice Pres. Teofisto ‘Tito’ Guingona (holding racket, with Dr. Wilson, left, and Raoul). ‘I play tennis here as often as I can,’ said Tito who, at 84, was amazingly fit and fabulous on the court without huffing and puffing. His diet? ‘I eat anything.’ Any other secret of longevity? Joked Tito, ‘Less women.’
