Gandang Ricky Reyes: All about health

MANILA, Philippines - On Saturday, Feb. 23, GMA News TV’s Gandang Ricky Reyes Todo Na Toh features interesting topics about health and wellness.

Take it from senior citizens who perform different exercises to become fit, trim and energized. You will find them at the Quezon Memorial Circle every morning doing aerobics, kung fu, yoga, shadow boxing, zumba, jogging, cycling, among other things.

Host-producer Ricky gives tips to busy women on how to maintain a shapely figure and a strong body.  “A woman should not neglect simple exercises she can do in the confines of her office or home. She must see to it that she is forever presentable and beautiful,” says Ricky.

A nutritionist will guest on the show to share pieces of advice on the right and healthy food we must eat to avoid ailments such as diarrhea, anemia, tubercolosis, ulcer and cancer. She will also discuss the effect of health supplements such as MX3 capsule, tea and coffee derived from the wonder fruit Garcinia Mangostana.
