2013 Mrs. International-Philippines crowned

Manuel (right, with Dr. Alicia). The coronation was the highlight of the 5th Annual Poinsetta Ball of the National Federation of Filipino-American Associations- Region 1 (NaFFA). A UST graduate, Dr. Alicia was crowned by former Manila model Mary Ann Mendoza-Herrera,

assisted by New York Consul General Mario Lopez de Leon and community leader Nena Lozada Kaufman. The 2013 Mrs. International Pageant will be held in July at the Northshore Center for the Performing Arts in Chicago, Illinois.
