Angel won’t marry due to bad luck?

MANILA, Philippines - Angel Locsin denied the rumors that she refused to get married with boyfriend Phil Younghusband this year because of bad luck.

“It has nothing to do with luck,” said Angel. “The reason why we don’t have wedding plans yet is because we’re both focused on our work right now. We both have a lot of things we want to accomplish this year so we’re not in a hurry.” When asked if she believes in numerology just like Isabel, her character in Toda Max, Angel said that love can’t be measured by the length and compatibility of names. “All I know is that Phil and I clicked without the need for numerology,” she said.

In tonight’s episode of Toda Max, Isabel (Angel) and Justin’s (Vhong Navarro) good relationship will be tested by the arrival of Wei-Da (Rufa Mae Quinto), a numerologist. According to Wei-Da, Isabel and Justin aren’t compatible because their names, if combined, will mean bad luck or “no money” in numerology. Wei-Da will try to convince Justin that she’s the right woman for her.
