Int’l recipes in Sarap Diva

MANILA, Philippines - Tomorrow, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid learns the different ways of celebrating the holidays in the four corners of the world from her guests who all grew up abroad — Alessandra de Rossi from Italy, Sarah Lahbati from Switzerland and Rafael Rossel from Norway.  

Their imported recipes include an authentic Italian pasta favorite, Swiss version of the Pinoy bulalo and a traditional Norwegian salmon steak.

Aside from teaching Regine the easy steps of preparing these meals, they will also reminisce on their unforgettable and unique holiday experiences while growing up.
