MANILA, Philippines - Have you ever wondered how a congressman smells like?

Try sniffing when you are near Aurora Congressman Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara (photo, who’s running for senator in the 2013 elections) and you’ll discover that he smells subtle and sweet, thanks to Blackwater Elite Homme which he is endorsing.

As the saying goes, “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Being the son of Sen. Ed Angara, Sonny may be said to have a “predestined” future, thus it didn’t come as a surprise that he decided to follow in the footsteps of his father.

As a congressman, Sonny has filed 18 national bills that became laws during the 14th Congress. He’s now on his third term and is keeping his sight far beyond that.
