Villareal is new MTRCB chief

MANILA, Philippines - Lawyer Eugenio ‘Toto’ Villareal is the new head of the Movies and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB), replacing Grace Poe-Llamanzares who is running for senator in the 2013 elections. ‘He’s perfect for the job,’ said Grace. ‘He’s a fan of Filipino movies, and I’m talking masa as well as indie movies.
