Alden visits ailing fan

MANILA, Philippines - After the successful run of primetime drama One True Love, Alden Richards (right) reveals his philanthropic side as he showers an avid fan Jeremy (left) with gifts and surprises. Jeremy, six, is suffering from a life-threatening disease called myelomeningocele with congenital hydrocephalus. Witness Alden’s heartfelt visit to Jeremy today at 6 a.m. on GMA 7’s Pinoy MD.
