MANILA, Philippines - The popularity of Marco Gumabao and former Bulilit star CJ Navato has earned them many admirers. Rumors are spreading that this has caused their onscreen partners Miles Ocampo and Angeli Gonzales to feel jealous.
“Marco is really appealing so it’s no surprise that many admire him,” said Miles. “But he’s also very loyal.”
When asked if Marco’s loyalty is to her, Miles just laughed.
Meanwhile, if Marco and Miles get along pretty well in real life, their onscreen love team is on the rocks. On ABS-CBN’s Luv U, the arrival of the school reporter, Paris (Tippy Dos Santos) who follows Marco all the time has caused Camille (Miles) to feel jealous. Her cousin April (Angeli) also feels the same way because Boom’s (CJ) success on the hard court has gained him a lot of admirers.
