Array of star guests on The Today Show

MANILA, Philippines - Carol Burnett will be among the celebrity guests on The Today Show to promote the release of the collector’s edition of her eponymous variety show that will be available on DVD.

Best known for the comedy sketches and the assortment of characters that she created in the show, Burnett is expected to tag along with her the 22-DVD boxed set of the Emmy Award-winning program.

Plus, Viola Davis and Maggie Gyllenhaal are also set to drop by at the studio today to provide viewers a sneak peek of the Daniel Barnz-directed film, Won’t Back Down.

Then, Grammy-winning artist Ashanti joins the entire Today team live on set at the New York Public Library to cover the Education Nation summit. While, Marina Diamandis of Marina and the Diamonds livens up the crowd with her new wave songs.
