MANILA, Philippines - This week marks the first anniversary of TV5’s educational travel and adventure show, Pinoy Explorer. To celebrate this milestone, Aga Muhlach is joined by wife Charlene Gonzalez and children Atasha and Andres to discover Australia in a special two-part episode.
The family kicks off their trip to the Land Down Under with a cable car ride to the Blue Mountains, a world heritage site that consists of several national parks and a conservation reserve. The Jenolan Caves is within the area and is believed to be the oldest caves in the world. It is also where one can find some of the most beautiful limestone formations. Pinoy Explorer may have also discovered budding presenters in Atasha and Andres as the twins take over dad’s hosting duties.
The family also visited the Blue Mountain Chocolate Company, where they will be guided by a Filipina who works there. Charlene and Atasha will get their hands dirty as they learn the art of making chocolate. Aga and Andres will also sample their fare share of treats during the visit.
Finally, Aga and Charlene’s love will be put to a test as they try rappelling down a cliff. Will Aga be able to convince his wife to take the plunge?
Pinoy Explorer airs Sunday nights at 6:30 before Talentadong Pinoy Kids.
