Julianne's last Friday at Chef & Brewer

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Treat yourself to an unforgettable and romantic evening of beautiful music with Julianne Tarroja (photo) in the last Friday of July at Chef & Brewer, Ortigas.

Julianne is one of the latest artists who recently signed up under Manila Genesis Entertainment and Management, Inc. Her voice is described by Gary Valenciano’s musical director Mon Faustino as “pure.” Julianne opened for two of Gary’s historic concerts: Gary V at 23 in 2006 and Live at 25 in 2008.

This year, Julianne was one of the main guests of Gary where she performed her self-penned single Fly to perfection. Fly will be included in her upcoming album project Ashes To Beauty. It is interesting to note that Julianne is the only female artist to bag the Best New Female Recording Artist and Best Female Recording Artist of the Year awards in the 2008 Awit Awards because of her hit single Grateful.

For her performance at Chef & Brewer, fans and music lovers can expect Julianne to dish out her hit singles such as her award-winning single Grateful as well as today’s hottest chart-toppers and homegrown favorites such as her cover version of Blackbird, Ticket To Ride and Ex-Factor among many others. Gary made a surprise appearance in her last gig and jammed with Julianne in an impromptu number as they sang Michael Jackson’s Man In the Mirror. Show starts at 9 p.m.
