Celebrity couple embarks on the road to 'I do'

Manila, Philippines -  See what it’s like to be part of the most non-traditional, traditional celebrity family in America as Gene Simmons: Family Jewels premieres on BIO tomorrow, July 3, followed by episodes on July 10 and July 15.

The reality television series follows the life of Simmons, KISS bassist and vocalist as well as multimedia magnate, with long-time partner and wife Shannon Tweed, and their kids Nick and Sophie as they tackle family issues under the oddest circumstances in their own unique way.

After being happily un-married for 22 years, Gene and Shannon finally decide to tie the knot and enrol in a marriage boot camp in the Wedding Boot Camp tomorrow night at 10. With the Big Day fast approaching, the couple has yet to work through certain issues; and through the intense, two-day therapy, they confront each other about their pasts and seek forgiveness from each other. Will two days of intense couples therapy heal them or split them apart for good?

On July 10 at 10 p.m., Gene and Shannon undergo one of their last couples-therapy sessions in Our Life Passes Before Us. They take a trip down memory lane with Dr. Wrexler as they reminisce about their life together — from how they met and having kids, to the TV show and how much they really love each other.

Sleeping with the Boss follows shortly at 10:30 p.m., with Shannon deciding to add another dimension to her and Gene’s long-time partnership, this time adding “business partners” to the list. Reluctantly, Gene goes with Shannon to Cannes for their first business trip, where he experiences her no-nonsense side and wants nothing more than to get his girlfriend back.

Finally, The Demon Says I Do, which airs on July 15 at 9 p.m., chronicles the final countdown to the wedding, where pressure mounts with the rundown of to-dos that have yet to be accomplished. Shannon also decides to implement a “no sex until wedding night” policy, and someone suddenly starts getting cold feet.

With the stress of the preparations beginning to take a toll on the couple and the guests beginning to arrive from out of town, all roads lead to the much-awaited Big Day. But will it all prove to be too much? Will Gene and Shannon both make it down the aisle?
