Manila, Philippines - What I See will make its debut on TALKtv on July 2 at 6:30 a.m. and Francisco “Paco” Guerrero (photo)hosts the show. He is a professional travel, lifestyle and architecture photographer who was born to a Spanish father and Filipino mother. He and his family moved out of the country and lived in various countries for almost 20 years before finally settling back in the Philippines.
What I See takes the viewers on a journey around the country through the eyes of a balikbayan professional photographer who, after years of living abroad, feels a need to connect once more with the country he remembers as a child, and to capture through his camera the beauty of the places he visits and the warmth of the people he meets along his journey.
It’s a travel show from a different perspective; from an angle most Filipinos take for granted. It is about visiting popular tourist destinations, but always looking at it from a different perspective. It is about taking a look at the often-bypassed stories behind the places most tourists visit but do not learn of.
With its awe-inspiring cinematography, heartwarming stories, insightful perspectives and breath-taking images, What I See aims to open the viewers’ eyes to the beauty of the Philippines and to inspire them to explore and get to know their own country through their own eyes.
