The Patrimonios' passion for sports, healthy living

MANILA, Philippines - Family bonding is top priority for legendary cager and team manager Alvin Patrimonio. “As a social unit, families need more opportunities to work together,” explains Alvin. “Playing sports together has helped us bond. It’s great when children feel that truly, we are on the same team.”

Alvin’s daughters Christine and Clarice are also making their mark in sports. Both have competed in international tennis bouts. Clarice currently holds the top spot in national rankings and was part of the Philippine team in the recent South East Asian (SEA) Games.   

The Patrimonios’ athleticism and close ties were their aces when they signed an endorsement deal with the country’s leading property developer, New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI). Manny Estrella, sales head of NSJBI’s residential developments Victoria de Manila 1 and 2, states that the Patrimonios embody the company’s dream for contemporary Filipino families.  

Victoria de Manila 2 is its latest addition to its host of residential condominiums equipped with a two-hectare indoor sports complex.
