Kapuso stars grace Panaad Festival
MANILA, Philippines - This year’s Panaad Festival is bound to be filled with songs as Jay-R and Kyla join the festivities tomorrow, April 9.
Dubbed as Negros Occidental’s “Mother of all Festivals,” Panaad, which is the Hiligaynon term for vow or promise, is an annual celebration that serves as a thanksgiving to the Divine Providence for the good life bestowed upon the people as they fulfill their vow to the Higher Being. The festival, which is held in April in the city of Bacolod, is participated in by the province’s other 12 cities and 19 towns.
Kyla of Party Pilipinas kicks off GMA Network’s participation tomorrow at 4 p.m. through a Kapuso Meet and Greet at the SM City Bacolod.
She will be joined by Jay-R (also a Party Pilipinas mainstay), Sarah Lahbati (from the upcoming Makapiling Kang Muli) and Steven Silva at 8 p.m. for a fun-filled Kapuso Night at Panaad Park and Stadium.
