Watch the one-hour show starting at 10 a.m. and count how many times its host-producer Ricky Reyes (photo) mentions the word Kapuso. Post the answer on the Twitter account @RickyReyes2012 or add and like lifeandstyle on the Ricky Reyes Facebook fanpage.

Prizes are P500 load, P1,000 gift certificate to any Gandang Ricky Reyes Salon and an overnight stay at the Golden Sunset Resort Inn and Spa.

Meanwhile, a hairdresser’s dream of putting up his own salon gets realized through the kind heart of the beauty guru while a mechanic had his heart’s desire — experiencing fun via water sports such as jet ski, parasailing, kayaking and banana boat again courtesy of Reyes.

For the first time, LSWGRR features its host in the kitchen, whipping up simple dishes good for the heart. He is assisted by culinary expert Chef Toni. As March is Fire Prevention Month, the show also pays tribute to the heroic deeds of firefighters.
