MANILA, Philippines - Erich Gonzales is the celebrity that best fits the image of the Birch Tower — after all, she reflects true Filipina beauty, grace and elegance.
This is also what the concept for the Birch Tower is about, beginning with the part that welcomes guests to the by-the-bay residence — The Lobby.
“I want something unique,” according to its architect Dick Goduco. Upon entering the lobby, you’ll be welcomed by a sight of elegance — all-natural stones on the wall that accents the floor finished with the attractive Rosa Mistica marble and natural lighting touching the beautiful picture of the lobby. The elevator is located in the central part of the lobby to provide efficiency in travel time.
Look to one side, you’ll see a stunningly beautiful, almost ceiling-high “waterfalls” with flowing water for a relaxing ambience. Take the time to stare up to the uniquely cove-finished ceiling and you’ll see the sky — a perfect picture of heaven, with all its garnishes.
The sun will light the sky of the Birch Tower lobby will be embodied through the Italian-inspired chandelier draping about 10 ft. long. This will be a one-of-a-kind feature, as it is specifically and specially designed for the Birch Tower. There will also be a stunning, eye-catching centerpiece that is flexible enough to accommodate different occasions.
There will also be a night sky-themed café open to residents and the public. The café will be sitting openly in one side of the lobby and will be crowned by star-like lights. It will also have modern mirror walls. It will have a LED menu to show what beverages and food are being offered.
