Gerald's mom likes Sarah for son

Sarah Geronimo and Gerald Anderson have more commonalities than dissimilarities. Both are breadwinners. Their lives are open books. They are dedicated to their work and are devoted to their families. They are good children and they are both loved by the public. Sarah and Gerald have done Won’t Last A Day Without You and Catch Me I’m In Love, both box-office hits. And reportedly a romance is brewing between the two.

Nowadays, Gerald has been very secretive of his love life. His mom Vangie, however, said that it is impossible for Gerald not to have a girlfriend and he could just be hiding her. She likes Sarah for Gerald. “Kung ako naman ang tanungin niyo nakikita ko silang dalawa. Bagay. Hindi ko rin masabi si Ge. Sa guapo niyang yan, imposibleng walang girlfriend yan. Malay mo lang hina-hide niya lang, tinatago muna.”

As for Gerald, mom Vangie said, “He’s a very responsible person. Mula ng pumasok siya sa industriya siya na lahat ang tumulong sa pamilya niya. Too much na ang naibigay ng bata. Kung sa akin lang sobra-sobra na po.”

And just like Sarah, who has always been known to be an obedient daughter, Gerald obeys his mother always. “Kahit sa edad niyang yan, kapag sinabi ko sa kanya na don’t do that, stop it son, sinusunod niya ang mama niya.”

Sarah and Gerald have had difficult and heartbreaking love relationships in the past. Today, they seem happy together. But nobody knows yet if they are an item. According to the friends of Sarah, the Pop Star Princess is blooming these days. “Alam ko masaya si S ngayon. Kontento siya. Sa mga pinagdaanan niya, mas strong yung faith niya,” said Rachelle Ann Go. Erik Santos, on the other hand, said of Sarah, “Gumaling siya sa pagkanta. Maybe dahil ang dami na niyang pinag-daanan.”

Do Sarah and Gerald make a handsome pair? “May chemistry,” said Rachelle.

“Kung ako ang tatanungin, bagay sila,” added mom Vangie. We also heard that mom Divine is “boto” with Gerald.

If true, this is simply divine that should make Gerald smile forever.

Vice is relieved lola now OK

Vice Ganda: ‘Thank you for all the prayers’

I can imagine Vice Ganda heaving a sigh of relief when he got the message that his grandmother (who was in the ICU after suffering a stroke) was out of danger. Vice has been working very hard to be able to provide well for his family. His mother and grandmother have long been based in the USA. Lately, Vice has been preparing for their homecoming when lola suddenly suffered a stroke.

Vice was doubly worried as he had to leave for London for a series of shows. Vice recently built for his mother and lola a new house.

Vice tweeted: “Got a message that Mamang’s condition is now stable and will be out of the ICU tonight. Thank you Lord. Thanks to all who prayed with us. Lalo akong ginaganahan mag-perform mamaya. Severe na severe ang taas ng energy ko. Siguradong unkabogable ang concert ko tonight dito sa London. I am happy.”

Kristine & Oyo find name for firstborn

Kristine Hermosa and Oyo Boy Sotto have found a name for their firstborn, a girl. She will be named Ondrea Bliss. “Naghanap kami and then finally God spoke to us. Eto yung pangalan niya. Ibig sabihin ng Ondrea ay strong and courageous. Bliss means immeasurable joy. Yun ang pareho namin nararamdaman. Gusto namin maging strong and courageous si Ondrea.”

Tintin and Oyo have an adopted boy named Quiel, now three years old. “Kuyang kuya na siya. Alam na niyang I’m kuya, I’m kuya. I think he is aware of Ondrea at tanggap naman niya.”

Marriage maybe is becoming to both Oyo and Tintin. Oyo admitted that there have been so many changes in him since he got married. “Dati sarili ko lang iniisip ko. Laging ako. Ngayon, yung kinikita ko sa kanila napupunta. Yung responsibilities mo lumalawak at dumadami. Hindi na lang simpleng kailangan mong gumising at tumayo. Pagkagising ko, I have to check kung okay sila, maya-maya tatawag ka kung okay sila.”

Oyo said that even in the middle of a taping he will leave if and when Tintin needs him. “Bibiyahe talaga ako. Magkalimutan na ng trabaho ‘wag lang yung baby ko.”

Tintin is due anytime next month. She had a baby shower sponsored by ABS-CBN with a ’40s to ’60s theme. It was attended by close friends and family. They were married in January of this year.
