Ricky Lee takes The Bottomline hot seat
MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s The Bottomline with Boy Abunda was recently honored in the recently-concluded 25th PMPC Star Awards for Television as the Best Public Affairs Program, while its host Abunda was hailed as the Best Public Affairs Program Host and Hall of Famer as Best Male Showbiz-Oriented Show Host.
The Bottomline also gets a nomination in the Best Talk Show category of the 2011 Asian TV Awards and is competing against programs from Hong Kong, India, Malaysia and Singapore.
In line with the awards it received, The Bottomline continues to celebrate its month-long anniversary in tonight’s episode, as award-winning scriptwriter Ricky Lee sits face-to-face with the King of Talk.
