GMA Network chairman and CEO speaks at the 22nd Phil. Ad Congress

MANILA, Philippines - GMA Network chairman and CEO, lawyer Felipe L. Gozon (photo) will address more than 4,000 delegates in the 22nd Philippine Advertising Congress tomorrow, Nov. 18 at the Watersports Complex in Pili, Camarines Sur.

Gozon is credited with steering GMA towards being the No. 1 television station in the country today and branching out its broadcast business to alternative local all-news channel GMA News TV (GNTV). In his address, Gozon will discuss the future of television amid the digital and mobile age.

Themed Changing the Game, the Congress features talks on emerging trends and prospects in the media, advertising and marketing industry.

Gozon has been serving as chair of GMA since 1975. He has been consistently listed as among BizNews Asia’s Power 100 from 2003 to 2010. Last year, he earned the distinction of being the only Filipino to be selected as a member of the Advisory Board for the Asian Television Awards.
