Maria La Del Barrio extended until 2012

MANILA, Philippines - Maria La Del Barrio, the top-rating drama series topbilled by Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee, is extended until February next year.

“I want to thank all the viewers who have been watching Maria La Del Barrio since it started. Because of your support, our show has been extended until 2012,” said Erich.

Since it aired August this year, Maria La Del Barrio has been dominating its timeslot. In fact, in the latest data of Kantar Media/TNS, the teleserye of Erich and Enchong ruled the national TV ratings game in October with a 21.2 percent average national TV rating versus the 16.2 percent of GMA Network’s Daldalita.

With the jaw-dropping revelation that Sandra (Assunta de Rossi) is alive, televiewers will surely be glued even more as Maria La Del Barrio continues to fascinate them with the exciting turns and creative twists in the life of Maria (Erich), Luis (Enchong), Victoria (Angel Aquino) and Fernando (Ian Veneracion).

Under the direction of Rory Quintos and Richard Somes, Maria La Del Barrio airs weeknights after Reputasyon.
