Violin-piano event at UP Balay Kalinaw

MANILA, Philippines - The violin and piano event of the week is the performance of violinist Joseph Esmilla and pianist Rudolf Golez tomorrow, Oct. 21 at the UP Balay Kalinaw.

Esmilla and Golez recently had a well-received recital at the UP Los Baños Umali Hall.

The full Balay Kalinaw program consists of Brahms’ Scherzo from Sonatensatz, Liszt’s Rigoletto Paraphrase, Prokofiev’s Sonata No. 3, Tchaikovsky’s Serenade Melancholic and Valze Scherzo and Cesar Franck’s Sonata in A Minor.

Only eight tickets are left in the 7 p.m. performance while more tickets are available in the 3 p.m. additional performance.
