MANILA, Philippines - Doc Penpen B. Takipsilim was warded as ‘The Father of Philippine Visual Poetry’ in a fitting ceremony held at the grand ballroom of Cloud 9 last Aug. 28. Doc Penpen is coming out with a collection of 50 visual poems described as ‘delicious morsels from his personal beliefs and convictions.’
