Dance face-off in Good Vibes
MANILA, Philippines - ABS-CBN’s Good Vibes will end tomorrow with an explosive dance face-off. Which team will win in the Pilipinas Dance Challenge finals — the Good Vibes crew or Automatic Groove?
After Wowie’s unicycle went missing, half-brothers Troy (Enrique Gil, far right) and Marc (Sam Concepcion), who have long warmed up to each other, will choreograph a winning dance routine. As for the show’s love teams, more kilig vibes and drama are in store.
Who will be Marc’s girlfriend? Will it be Ara (Yen Santos) or Monique (Coleen Garcia)?
Meanwhile, in the program’s thanksgiving party, Yayo Aguila, who plays as Nestor’s wife and Marc’s mother, said she believes stars of Good Vibes cast will be “the next primetime princes and princesses.”
“I’ve never felt this comfortable and happy after G-mik. I’ve seen the kids’ development and I can say that they will all go far. They are very talented,” she says.
On the other hand, Sam and Enrique express how they will miss the Good Vibes set and weekly taping, and their wish for a second season.
“Good Vibes is not just a show, Good Vibes is us. Taping and promoting Good Vibes never felt like work. This is not the end for us, guys. There should be a Season 2!” Sam tells.
To Enrique, the show is like home saying, “We’re like family here. I’m expecting a Season 2. Even if sometimes I’m tired and don’t have enough sleep, I’m happy whenever I come to the Good Vibes set.”
The show, which was supposed to run for only 13 weeks, sustained an extended 22-week airing due to public demand and high ratings. Its Facebook page has 102,000 likes, one of the fastest-growing pages among all ABS-CBN’s shows.
The season finale will air after ASAP Rocks.
