MANILA, Philippines - Susan Enriquez joins Chef Pablo “Boy” Logro as the master chef demonstrates how to prepare three sumptuous meals in Idol sa Kusina on GMA News TV 11.

Chef Boy shows viewers the best and easy way to make Pritchon de Leche and serves an all-time Pinoy favorite with a new twist — Balut in Tempura Butter. The secret to the exotic flavors of this dish? Balut tartar generously mixed with grated green mango and mayo. Finally, viewers who love fish and tofu should not miss this episode because Idol Sa Kusina will dish out a healthy meal called Braised Fish Fillet with Tofu.
