GMA 7 re-airs Detective Conan

MANILA, Philippines - Detective Conan, the smallest, smartest and cutest detective, returns to GMA 7’s weekday morning lineup beginning today.

 Every time it airs on TV, Detective Conan amuses both young and adult with its unusual, thrilling and puzzling episodes.

The animé series tells of Kudo Shinichi, a 17-year-old detective known for his ability to solve mysteries and cases that even professional detectives could not unravel.

 However, things change for him when lawbreakers feed him a poison drug. Instead of killing him though, the drug only shrank him to a seven-year-old boy.

 Now, Shinichi disguises himself as Conan Edogawa and lives with his sweetheart, Ran, who is unaware of the things that happened to him. While looking for a cure to his condition and tracking down the men who poisoned him, Conan secretly helps Ran’s detective father in solving all sorts of cases.

How long will Shinichi live as the boy Conan? Will he ever be normal again? What will happen to his relationship with Ran given his circumstance?
