Puregold awards Globe for special promo

MANILA, Philippines - Puregold Price Club, Inc. the fastest growing hypermart chain in the Philippines, awarded Globe Telecom first runner-up in the Best in Deals category, for its special promotional packages exclusively for Puregold’s Tindahan ni Aling Puring Club. Globe also won the Grand Award in the Best Concept category, besting over 350 other booths with its futuristic sari-sari store concept complete with impersonators, stand-up comedians, dancers and high interactive models.

Globe and Puregold have been partners in introducing the Aling Puring Super Suki SIM, a special multi-function SIM card for Puregold, and prepaid reloading at all Puregold check-out counters via point of sale (POS) technology.

Globe also gave away instant freebies for any Globe package purchased during the four-day convention and cellphones were raffled off for customers who availed of Globe products worth P500 and up.
