MANILA, Philippines - Hard Rock Café (HRC) celebrates its 40th Founder’s Day on June 14 with a special whole-day event starting at 11:30 a.m. as it gives tribute to 40 selected civil servants from Makati City which include fire marshals, policemen and City Hall employees via a special luncheon which includes games, a special acoustic performance by Mon Espia and surprise gifts.
In the afternoon, HRC will host a special kiddie party with 40 kids under Special Education (SPED). The kids from SPED can look forward to a fun-filled afternoon of games, magic show, and special prizes as well as school supplies especially put together for them by HRC.
HRC wraps up the celebration in the evening as it features Mocha Girls in a back-to-back performance with pop-R&B band Drizzle with DNA and showband Silk. The performances of Mocha Girls, Drizzle with DNA and Silk will consist of a special repertoire that presents the greatest hits of the past four decades since the conception of the original Hard Rock Café in London 40 years ago which eventually became a global franchise and brand.
Part of the proceeds of the evening show will be donated for the benefit of two-year-old Mark Raven Poso who is suffering from hydrocephalus and is under the care of the Hydrocephalus Foundation of the Philippines, Inc.
