Ryan Seacrest, Jack Black on TALKtv's Jay Leno

-

MANILA, Philippines - Today, Jay Leno grills Ryan Seacrest regarding rumors of how his huge salary dents American Idol profits, if he is preparing to leave TV’s No. 1 program, and if he is in talks with NBC to do a music-themed show. Plus, TV on the Radio performs for the first time since their bassist Gerard Smith passed away.

Meanwhile, Ed Helms visits tomorrow, May 19 to chat about his hardest shoot ever for the sequel to the blockbuster, The Hangover 2, how he did as the latest host of Saturday Night Live, and his bond with Steve Martin over bluegrass music. The musical guests on that day will be Iron and Wine.

Fresh from the Cannes Film Festival, Jack Black (photo) returns May 20, for an interview to promote Kung Fu Panda 2 and to chat about his band’s appearance on Idol. Also, Mike Huckabee discusses the launch of his cartoon series that canonizes Reagan, his endorsement of Mike Haridopolos in the 2012 GOP Senate primary, and his new education company among others. Parachute will also perform a single from its sophomore album, The Way It Was.

Kirstie Alley finishes it up nicely with Leno on May 21, and dishes out on her recent ouster from Dancing With the Stars, her ongoing feud with Chelsea Handler as well as her support to former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and his wife Maria Shriver since the couple’s announcement that they are separating.

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno is on TALKtv every Tuesdays to Saturdays 1 to 2 p.m. via Satellite with replays at 12 mn — Ch. 16 on SkyCable and Ch. 28 on Destiny and Ch. 21 on VHF.
