Xian Lim supports kids awareness campaign

MANILA, Philippines - Xian Lim (center) was a basketball varsity player before becoming a model-actor. Recently, as a guest judge on ABS-CBN’s Showtime, he showed viewers he can sing and play musical instruments. But what’s even more impressive about him is his role as a spokesperson of an awareness campaign to be launched by the ABS-CBN Integrated Public Service and the Department of Education.

Xian is all set to lead the activities in spreading information on the Universal Kindergarten system, which will be implemented in public schools in June. It includes a massive toy drive where kids will be encouraged to donate toys to incoming kindergarten students. Xian hopes he can help in instilling the value of giving to the youth, while also inspiring them to learn. The late AJ Perez was supposed to join Xian in the project.
