Ted Failon finds justice for Christian

MANILA, Philippines - Little did the Serrano family know that their son Christian will be celebrating his last birthday because a day after he turned 13, he was killed after a police allegedly shot him dead.

Christian was collecting scrap metal in an abandoned building in Makati, alongside other young boys, when Maj. Angelo Germinal saw them and instantly pulled the trigger of his gun. The bullet entered Christian’s body from the back and went through his chest that ended his life.

Christian’s family already filed a case against Maj. Germinal but the police is nowhere to be found. Will justice ever be served for the Serrano family?
