Child with disability thanks Rep. Irwin Tieng

MANILA, Philippines - Thirteen-year-old student Justine Amar, one of the beneficiaries of Buhay Party List Rep. Irwin Tieng’s educational assistance and Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) programs, recently visited him during session at the Plenary Hall of the Lower House. Rep. Irwin has done medical missions that benefitted children with disabilities. He also filed House Bill 2609 for the Early Detection and Intervention Services for Children with Mental Illness.
