Justin Bieber's front act Poreotics to meet fans at SM Supermalls

Manila, Philippines - Smart, with official TV partner TV5, presents the Poreotics Mall Hop at the following SM Supermalls: May 6, 5 p.m. at SM Megamall Event Center; May 7, 5 p.m. at SM North EDSA Sky Dome; and May 8, 5 p.m. at SM Mall of Asia Music Hall. The crew was recently crowned champion at the America’s Best Dance Crew Season 5 and just recently won as Team of the Year at the World of Dance awards. Watch the biggest dance crew in Hollywood, live as they show you what hip-hop is all about: popping, choreography and robotics, hence the name Po-reo-tics.

Poreotics (original name) or “Poreotix” (MTV) Crew is inspired by robots aim to entertain the dance world with unexpected humor and revolutionary mixed style. Over the last couple of years, these shaded showmen have laboriously honed their craft and are at the pinnacle of their game. The way in which the crew blends the different dance styles gives the members a distinctive animated look, and their integration of humor makes their performances fiercely entertaining. The Poreotics never perform without their trademark shades. They use them as a tool to hide emotion so they can provide unexpected twists in their routine, taking the audience from serious to funny without tipping their hand. They are nonetheless a force to be reckoned with in the dance and entertainment industry.

If you think your group got what it takes to open for Hollywood’s hottest dance crew, Poreotics, then join this dance off contest. All you have to do is, first, rally up five - eight Pinoy dancers to join your team. Second, dress and move ala Poreotics to any Justin Bieber track. Third, upload a 90-second video of your routine. Don’t forget to title the Youtube video as Poreotics Dance Off + [Name of Crew]. The top 15 videos with the most likes will make it to the finals and MMI Live will deliberate on who the top three winning groups will be. Each winning crew gets a chance to perform by opening for Poreotics during its mall hop in Manila. They will also be getting tickets to the Justin Bieber: My World Tour.
