Lauren does daring stunts on Mula sa Puso

MANILA, Philippines - Lauren Young didn’t have second thoughts about doing a kidnapping scene on ABS-CBN’s Mula sa Puso that required her to be placed inside a drum and also stay under water for a long time.

“The first time I did it, I really had trouble breathing,” Lauren shared.

Being dedicated to her role as Via, Lauren still repeated the scene as required by director Wenn Deramas despite her scary first take.

“I really don’t want to do it again because it’s scary down there but I just have to do it. They already took a shot of me in the first place so I might as well go though with it.”

Even her on-screen loveteam JM de Guzman was all praises for her with her boldness to do the stunt.

“It’s amazing because you wouldn’t think Lauren would agree to do a dangerous scene like that. Wala siyang arte sa katawan,” said JM.

More breathtaking and romantic scenes will happen this week as Gabriel and Via get closer to each other. Magda and Selina will also cross paths after a very long time.

What will happen when Magda sees Selina whom she really despises? Will Magda summon the courage to tell Via about her past and the possibility of her being her biological mom? Or will Selina once again pull her strings to plot an evil scheme to stop her?
