Seafood, other new dishes for Lenten week at Little Asia

-

MANILA, Philippines - The three outlets of Little Asia (Tomas Morato, Quezon City; Promenade in Greenhills, San Juan City; and Venice Piazza McKinley Hill, The Fort) will have normal operating hours during the Holy Week.

This was announced by LA owner-manager Charlemagne Lim who said that he and siblings Charlton and Charlene have prepared new dishes that include seafood that their clients can try during the week.

They are:

1). Chicken with Herbs in Cream Sauce (pan-seared boneless chicken mixed with herbs, bacon, mushrooms, onions and a touch of wine);

2). Seafood Tofu Soup (fish fillet, squid, shrimp, crabmeat, stick, tofu, straw mushrooms and egg whites in seafood broth);

3). Mixed Seafood in Clay Pot (fish filler, squid, shrimp, fish balls, tofu and crabsticks mixed with vegetables simmered in whole garlic and onion leeks; and

4). Caramel Mango Tower (baked wontons with caramelized mangoes and ice cream).

“Actually,” added Charlemagne, “in the past 10 years, we have been open 365 days a year including all holidays.”

(Note: For catering, call 0917-8334223; for delivery, dial 8-7878.)
