Oldies display talents in PGT

MANILA, Philippines - Whether you are young or old, your talents can shine on ABS-CBN’s Pilipinas Got Talent just like what three hopefuls did last week. Romeo Roa Jr., 38, of Southern Leyte, Myrasol Bacarisas, 31, of Cebu, and Glenn Angeles, 39, of Quezon City proved that you are never too old for your dream as they managed to make it through the next round. Romeo and Myrasol showed off their singing prowess while Glenn amazed the judges with his yoyo act.

Will one of them be the next PGT grand winner? PGT continues to dominate weekend programming nationwide. Last Saturday, PGT scored a national TV rating of 31.9 percent versus rival shows Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho (20.4 percent) and Talentadong Pinoy (7.1 percent). It also ruled last Sunday when the show rated at 31.4 percent nationally versus Mel & Joey (13.2 percent), according to Kantar Media/TNS. Watch Pilipinas Got Talent with Billy Crawford and Luis Manzano every Saturday and Sunday at 8:45 p.m.
