Youth and music always go together

-

MANILA, Philippines - The Musikabataan scholars of the Music Museum and The Music School of Ryan Cayabyab recently entertained mall goers at the Promenade in Greenhills with a mini-concert to bring in the good vibes of the new year. Ten teeners — Lorenzo Mendoza, Janina Gonzales, Momoko Arima, Meryl Lumboy, Rafael Gutierrez, Jose Angelo Gonzales, Ruth Gomez, Francine Arcilla, Marusha Boliche and Krysty Alde — showed off their vocal prowess in rock, jazz, ballads, standards and R&B and demonstrated why Maestro Ryan and Music Museum Group president Precy Florentino are happy with the future of Filipino music. The 10 completed their year-long training in March and performed in a recital in Teatrino on April 1.
