MANILA, Philippines - The 21st National Open Championship for Hairstyling and Makeup Competition slated tomorrow, March 28, at the World Trade Center will herald the deluge of thousands of salon professionals nationwide to participate in the Philippine salon industry’s most credible hair competition.
